How to get incubated by Dimension Data

0

Applications are now open for Dimension Data’s enterprise development incubator programme, which was established in 2009 with the aim of empowering developing black entrepreneurs and addressing common challenges faced by emerging businesses.

The programme is targeted at the Dimension Data’s current service providers and small, black owned South African enterprises who are running their own ICT business and have been providing services to large corporates for two years and more.

Through intensive entrepreneurial training and coaching, the programme provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to accelerate their businesses.

Dimension Data is looking for applicants with all the prerequisite company registration documents, and turnover of less than ZAR10 million (US$660,000). The candidate must be willing to attend the entire programme from beginning to end.

Modules included in the programme include Entrepreneurship & Business Management, Essential Business Finance, Computerised Bookkeeping, Governance and Ethics, Sales and Customer Relations, and Marketing & Social Media.

Upon completion of the programme candidates will be graduated and given laptops as a startup tool, after which they will follow Dimension Data’s Partnership Programme and Supplier Development Programme.
