Disrupt Africa has released the third episode of its three-part podcast series zeroing in on the state of Africa\u2019s e-health startup space, looking at trends, opportunities and challenges within the vital sector.<\/b><\/p>\n

Disrupt Podcast<\/span><\/a> has released a number of focused series in the last couple of years, including ones <\/span>venture capital<\/span><\/a>, <\/span>e-commerce<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>agri-tech<\/span><\/a>, while it also produces the regular <\/span>\u201cThe month in VC\u201d series<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Its latest focus is on e-health in Africa, looking at the startups that are making waves in the space, what they have achieved so far, and what opportunities and challenges they face going forward. The <\/span>series<\/span><\/a> looks at how innovation in e-health is so pivotal on the continent, and discusses initiatives and funders that are backing the development of Africa\u2019s health-tech ecosystem.<\/span><\/p>\n

The series, the <\/span>third episode of which is available now<\/span><\/a>, is released in partnership with <\/span>Salient Advisory<\/span><\/a>, which helps changemakers enact transformative approaches to health; <\/span>Curacel<\/span><\/a>, an insurance infrastructure company; and <\/span>RxAll<\/span><\/a>, a leading global digital commerce infrastructure platform for healthcare. <\/span>Representatives from these companies have participated in the series to lend their expertise on Africa\u2019s exciting e-health space. <\/span><\/p>\n
