Applications have opened for the South Africa-based Impact Makers and Creators accelerator programme, which will help creative entrepreneurs build their businesses and become sustainable.

Launched through a partnership between Seed Academy, the British Council’s DICE programme and the Social Enterprise Academy, Impact Makers and Creators is a fully-funded, three-month accelerator that will work with 120 ideation-and-growth-stage social and creative entrepreneurs in Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The programme will support these entrepreneurs in building their businesses, making their impact sustainable and reaching wider communities and beneficiaries through their work. It will provide a learning programme by global social enterprise experts, high impact business development support, in-depth coaching from successful creative entrepreneurs, funding readiness, and opportunities for access to market.

There are two programme opportunities, one for ideation stage businesses and one for those at growth and scale stage, with the organisers targeting entrepreneurs who are passionate about making a difference in their communities and looking to connect with the necessary skills and people to grow their businesses.

Applications are open here until April 1.
